Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, reception, or guest services.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
• Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and high guest volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform duties safely.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor in interactions with visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with arrivals, orientations, and departures with warm, personal service.
• Explains office services, spaces, and amenities to help visitors stay productive.
• Tracks visitors, manages parking/vehicle logs, and coordinates security access cards.
• Handles courier services, mail, and supports onboarding/offboarding as needed.
• Maintains accuracy and efficiency across guest services and admin tasks.
• Collaborates with FM team to improve guest services and streamline processes.
• Supports annual management plan by achieving KPIs and ad hoc facilities tasks.
