Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lobby Ambassador in Maynard, MA to deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, professional service. You will welcome visitors, coordinate arrivals and departures, and act as a central point of contact for campus information.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to anticipate needs, manage access, and support meetings and events. The role emphasizes hospitality excellence and proactive problem solving in a busy workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with hospitality background.
• Excellent communication, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
• Maintain engagement and assist guests while ensuring professional service.
• Serve as a local knowledge source for contacts in hospitality, dining, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to anticipate needs and provide creative solutions.
• Communicate across teams to prepare for arrivals and ensure conference rooms have necessary amenities.
• Manage building access and provide wayfinding and campus information.
• Support meetings, reception, mail room tasks, and other duties as needed.
