Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lobby Ambassador in Boulder to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and orientations, and serve as a local resource on dining, hotels, and events.

In this role, you will engage visitors and coworkers with a friendly approach, coordinate with facilities teams, and provide meeting support and reception services as needed. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest experiences.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with accuracy and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests enthusiastically and assist with arrivals/departures and orientations.
• Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, helpful manner with visible presence.
• Serve as a local concierge on dining, hotels, attractions, and events.
• Proactively identify guest needs and coordinate creative solutions.
• Coordinate with facilities teams to deliver hospitality-focused service across departments.
• Act as a central contact for campus information, wayfinding, and event coordination.
• Provide meeting support, reception services, and personal assistance as needed.
