Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, checking in ECC patients and registering them.
• Put patients at ease while they wait to be seen by a nurse or physician.
• Answer hospital-wide phones with proper etiquette and direct calls as requested.
• Assist with other customer-related tasks as needed.
