Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager in Montgomery to lead front desk operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise scheduling for guest services, night audit, and breakfast staff, while ensuring training, coaching, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and front desk systems is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule guest services front desk, night audit and breakfast staff as needed.
• Lead and develop the Guest Services team to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain staffing levels, supplies, and inventory for Front Office and Pantry.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and operating procedures.
• Oversee breakfast service operations and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
