Job summary

Economos Properties in the United States (Florida) is seeking a hotel night auditor who will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service at the front desk. You will greet guests, register rooms, conduct check-outs, and promote hotel amenities with a knowledgeable, friendly demeanor.

The ideal candidate has good communication and computer skills, can handle cash accurately, and may speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Demonstrate good computer skills.
• Accurately handle cash and post charges.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on every interaction using the 10/5 or 15/5 rule.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Conduct check-out processes.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests using personal knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Provide constant and consistent communication with other departments and supervisors/managers.
• Follow all company policies including safety and security.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Must be willing to pass Alcohol Compliance Certification during first three months.
