Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and ability to learn hotel software (Hilton PEP experience a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and guest accounts in the hotel system (PEP).
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Promote and enroll guests in Hilton Honors loyalty program.
• Process payments and reconcile transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold brand standards and keep the front desk area welcoming.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required.
