Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with needs, and ensure smooth checkout, returns, and Drive Up/Order Pick Up experiences. You will explain store services, help guests enroll in loyalty programs, and promote promotions while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on safe, accurate transactions and a welcoming store atmosphere.
