Indigo Hotel in Providence, RI is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join its hospitality team and deliver exceptional service to guests from check-in to checkout.

You will greet guests, handle reservations, provide local information, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless stay. A positive attitude, strong communication, and flexibility for shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational ability.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous manner.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns; provide solutions.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area; ensure materials are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately.
