Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome hotel guests and enhance their experience. You will provide information on hotel outlets, hours of operation, and offerings, while building rapport with guests in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include addressing special requests, coordinating with various departments to fulfill needs, and upholding enterprise service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience required; upscale hotel experience preferred.
• Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hotel guests to enhance service experience and provide information on hotel outlets and operating hours.
• Coordinate with restaurants, spa, entertainment and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Gathers and relays local area knowledge and special events to inform guests and resolve requests.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
