Qualifications

Responsibilities

Promotes Club Serrano enrollment and explains benefits, assists with enrollment and card usage.
Provides elevated support for high-value guests and escorts guests on the casino floor.
Supports promotions, events, and guest inquiries with accurate information.
Assists with lost and found operations, online enrollments, and tax document requests.
Maintains compliance with regulatory guidelines and documentation.
