• Dependable, reliable, and able to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and provide directions within the facility.
• Cover reception desk for in-person guests and callers.
• Inform guests about amenities and walking distances to locations.
• Address guest concerns and problems, ensuring satisfaction.
• Escalate unusual questions to the Guest Services Manager as needed.
