ASM Global's Colorado Convention Center seeks a Guest Services Greeter to welcome CCC and Bellco Theatre guests, guide them to their requested locations, and uphold a professional public image while interacting with staff, patrons, and vendors.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation is $20.00 per hour and duties are on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with staff, patrons, and vendors.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions in English; dependable and flexible.

Responsabilités

• Greet and guide guests to locations within the facility; cover reception for in-person guests and callers.
• Inform guests of amenities and walking distances when asked.
• Provide solutions to guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Refer unusual questions to the Guest Services Manager or Lead for proper resolution.
