Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Part-Time Guest Services Representative at the Los Angeles Convention Center. You will welcome guests, provide information, and guide them through the venue, ensuring a positive experience during events.

Responsibilities include escorting guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and prior guest services experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during large events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue and provide basic information about the facility.
• Direct and escort guests to restrooms, ATMs, dining options, and key areas.
• Greet guests, handle inquiries, and resolve simple issues in person, by phone, or email.
• Escalate to supervisor when necessary.
• Monitor guest conduct to maintain a safe environment during arrival and departure.
• Complete required training and participate in guest services meetings.
• Know facility protocols to ensure guests follow safety rules.
• Report injuries or unsafe areas to a supervisor.
• Assist in emergency evacuation by guiding guests.
• Help retrieve lost and found items when needed.
• Support guest services training exercises and drills.
