Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist during registration and checkout.
• Handle guest payments, balance cash drawer, and maintain a house bank.
• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Log guest requests and room defects in the system and follow up.
• Assist with reservations and handling mail and packages.
