Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to handle guest arrivals, registrations, checkouts, and cashiering, delivering a warm, efficient guest experience.

You will manage payments, balance cash drawers, assist with reservations, answer inquiries, escort guests to rooms when needed, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure VIPs and special requests are properly addressed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; register and check out guests.
• Handle payments, maintain house bank, balance cash drawer.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions and hotel information.
• Coordinate with other departments and log guest requests.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
