Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Guest Ambassador for US Concerts. You will positively interact with guests, provide information, and help ensure an enjoyable experience from entry to exit.

Responsibilities include communicating venue policies, assisting with seating, merchandise questions, and guiding guests to restrooms and concessions. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina to move around the venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
• Look for ways to proactively assist the guest to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
• Answer questions about upgrades, merchandise, and other fan programs.
• Assist guests with seating, relocations, and escorting to meet & greets or locating items.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten guest waiting times.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints.
• Support venue sustainability programs and educate fans about efforts.
• Collaborate with staff to close the venue after events and manage equipment.
• Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate manager.
• May fill in for staffing needs during peak times and welcome/SWAT duties.
