Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Ambassador for a part-time seasonal role at our Ohio venue. You will greet guests, provide information, help with seating, and assist with merchandise and venue programs to ensure an engaging fan experience.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. You will support safety, CARE, and sustainability initiatives during events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest service and communications.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs and lift 50 lbs+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to guests for an enjoyable venue experience.
• Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests entering the venue.
• Assist with seat finding, relocations and escorting guests to meet & greets.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines to minimize wait times.
• Resolve guest complaints and participate in sustainability programs.
