Hilton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage smooth check-ins/outs, and deliver exceptional hospitality at our South Carolina property. You’ll use our POS system, upsell services, and share local knowledge to enhance each stay.

• Provide knowledge on hotel offerings, rooms, rates, and local info.
• Upsell hotel amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency.
