Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms while protecting guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Leverage guest interactions to generate repeat business and future reservations.
• Identify sales leads from guest interactions and report to management.
• Maintain balance and accuracy of cash, credit cards, and POS transactions.
• Learn and use the property management system (PMS) and related procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
