Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Guest Reception Representative to warmly welcome guests and support the Sales team at our resort galleries in South Carolina.

You will update the Chorus system with tour information and assign guests to Sales Executives using the rotation schedule to maximize engagement. You will also handle phone inquiries, maintain logs and reports for tours, and coordinate with transportation and café staff to keep the guest experience smooth and inviting throughout

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
• Identify and assign guests to Sales Executives using rotation system.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, maintaining the Sales Galleries.
• Log tour assignments in the system and generate reports.
• Maintain tour rules and update rotations.
• Coordinate with transportation to arrange pick-up/drop-off for guests/owners.
• Oversee café and refreshment areas inventory to support a welcoming environment.
• Handle financial transactions and reimbursements accurately.
