Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out, assist with luggage, and answer questions with a gracious, professional demeanor.

Salary is $18.50/hour. The role requires high school completion and strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a seamless guest experience across all hotel services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative and enthusiastic team player.
• Flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Desirable: guest relations training and hotel/PM system experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle luggage assistance and provide information on resort amenities and events.
• Answer questions promptly and accurately; communicate with staff and management.
• Upsell upgrades and programs to maximize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, rates, and group arrivals.
• Follow cash handling and credit card procedures and ensure accuracy of shift banking.
