Job summary

Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a part-time position. You will check guests in, provide information about amenities and local area, and deliver attentive service to create a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and communicate information to the manager on duty.
