Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Desire to make an impact and engage guests.

• Proficient with computers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with the Wanderlust experience and check-in.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests.
• Supervise daily shift processes and ensure SOPs.
• Train front desk agents and coach the team.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Maintain the Sundries shop and inventory.
