Job summary

Chumash Enterprises is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage guest services at a luxury hotel and casino. You will greet guests, handle reservations, assist with inquiries, and maintain accurate billing and communications with other departments.

The role requires at least one year in front desk operations, a high school diploma, and willingness to work 24/5 including nights, weekends, and holidays. A Gaming License is required and Native American hiring preference applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• At least one year front desk or guest service experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email/internet.
• Willing to work flexible schedules in a 24/5 environment including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License.
• Native American hiring preference applies.
• Quality orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle front desk operations including reservations and inquiries.
• Provide excellent guest service to Team Members and guests.
• Interpret hotel policies accurately and graciously to guests.
• Manage daily arrivals/departures, register guests, assign rooms, and assist with check-out.
