Job summary

Chumash Casino Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries at the hotel front desk. You will ensure smooth operations, accurate billing, and courteous service to guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations, processing payments, and coordinating with bell attendants and housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle reservations, answer inquiries, prepare confirmations, and manage guest communications.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and team members.
• Interpret hotel policies clearly and graciously for guests.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and manage check-out processes.
