Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Front Desk Agent at Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA. You will greet guests, check them in, and serve as the first point of contact for hotel information and local area details.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests, provide information about the hotel and local area.
Deliver exceptional customer service with engagement and genuine interest.
Process registrations, note special requests, and ensure information is accurate.
Resolve issues to WOW guests through recovery when things go wrong.
Promote and sell hotel programs.
Collaborate with other departments and share necessary information.
Know emergency procedures and policies.
