Job summary

Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure a memorable stay. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide local recommendations.

Prior front desk experience is preferred, but we may train the right candidate; Spanish skills are a plus. Join TEAM and grow through our Management Development Program, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles

Qualifications

• Front desk or hotel experience preferred, but training available.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Friendly, positive, energetic personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel technology systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Spanish or additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Assign rooms, distribute keys, and maintain guest information.
• Answer questions and assist with guest requests.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations and information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.
• Help create memorable experiences for every guest.
