Holiday Inn Express Charleston Downtown - Medical Area is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to greet guests and handle check-in and check-out with a warm, professional approach. You will manage guest information, issue room keys, answer inquiries, and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a hotel setting or luxury environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to train and develop into hotel leadership roles

Responsibilities
