Holiday Inn Express Charleston Downtown - Medical Area is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to ensure precise overnight accounting and top-notch guest service.

The role involves auditing, balancing, posting and reporting cash and credit transactions across front desk and F&B outlets, while keeping systems refreshed for smooth operations. Advanced software skills and a calm, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal.
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.
