Holiday Inn Express Wilmington Medical District is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations and inquiries. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience, while maintaining accurate records and delivering professional service.

This on-site role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and a calm, responsive approach to guest needs in a busy hotel lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional communication demonstrated in guest interactions.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel lobby environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills for reservations and greetings.
• Polished phone etiquette and guest communication.
• Attention to detail and reliable guest record handling.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations.
