• Understanding of travel sites (Booking, TripAdvisor) and how customers plan trips.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about rates, rooms and amenities; verify payment data.
• Register guests and collect required information.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Support VIPs and event attendees with personalized services.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
