CLARK SPE LLC in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to register guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide courteous service in line with Brand Standards and Baywood Hotels’ guidelines.

You will greet guests, process payments, post charges, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests. A high school diploma and TIPS certification are required; 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server certification required.
• 2+ years of customer service or Front Desk experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Register/check-in and post charges; handle check-out.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and requests promptly.
• Manage payments, cash drawer, and credit card transactions.
• Coordinate guest services with other hotel departments.
• Maintain brand standards and safety procedures.
