Baywood Hotels is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Attendant to deliver courteous service at the Clearwater property. You will check guests in and out, handle payments, and ensure brand standards are followed to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Your role includes coordinating with other departments, addressing guest requests, and maintaining accurate records while upholding Baywood’s service philosophy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• TIPS or similar alcohol server training certification as required.
• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm hospitality.
• Register guests efficiently per brand standards and collect payments.
• Post charges to guest accounts and manage check-out procedures.
