Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register/check-in efficiently per standards.
• Post charges, balance guest accounts, and process check-outs.
• Respond to guest questions and escalate to management as needed.
• Upsell to increase room revenue; handle reservations and cancellations.
• Operate PBX and manage cash drawer; maintain reports.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver guest services.
