Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with a hotel reservation system (RoomKey) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones and handle reservations.
• Assign rooms, issue keys, and assist with luggage.
• Post charges and review bills with guests.
• Sell rooms to walk-ins and know rates/parking.
• Offer local dining/shopping/entertainment recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to keep room status accurate.
• Address guest concerns with care and follow up.
• Balance cash drawer and keep logs.
