Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, NV is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for every guest.

You will coordinate with Reservations, Bell Desk, Housekeeping and Concierge to meet guest needs, promote upgrades and rate integrity, and maintain a clean, welcoming front desk workspace.

Qualifications
