Job summary

Kiowa Casino seeks a Front Desk Clerk/Reservationist to welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle check-ins/check-outs across multiple channels. You will uphold guest service standards and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, upselling rooms, handling keys, and maintaining front desk operations with confidentiality and accuracy in a dynamic casino setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process reservations via mail, telephone, fax, and email or online.
• Manage guest keys for guest rooms.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms.
• Adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies.
• Answer guest questions regarding services, dining, casino and local travel.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping.
• Process and verify advance deposits on reservations.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance invoices.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure transactions are documented with evidence and posted correctly.
