Valor Hospitality Partners in Mississippi is hiring for a Front Desk/Guest Services role at one of our hotels. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, quote room rates, and assist with reservations while delivering warm, efficient service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–12 months of guest relations experience, solid computer and cash handling skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor on a fast-paced hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–12 months in a guest relation role or similar.
• Proficient computer and cash handling skills.
• Able to stay on feet and provide friendly service.
• Strong communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and handle reservations.
• Provide room rate quotes and upsell where possible.
• Verify guest details and handle payments.
• Balance cash at start/end of shift.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status.
• Answer phone and route inquiries.
