Job summary

The Garden of the Gods Resort and Club seeks a courteous Front Desk Agent to assist guests and members with check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries via email and phone. You will manage room rates, facilities, and services with accuracy and professionalism.

Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar PMS, Jonas, Kipsu, and Sertifi is preferred. A high school diploma and basic software skills are required; CPR and other certifications are nice to have.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Opera property management system preferred.
• Reservations procedures knowledge and ability to handle check-in/out efficiently.
• Excellent phone and email communication, guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all check-in and checkout procedures.
• Handle reservations, changes and cancellations from all sources.
• Provide exceptional guest service via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate daily event information and posting.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments and follow up.
