Qualifications

• Preferably have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have previous customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests in a friendly manner.
• Establish payment methods and verify credit.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Secure guests' valuables in safety boxes.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with guest luggage.
