Job summary

Hyatt Place Boulder is hiring a Front Desk/Gallery Host to provide warm, efficient service for guests in a busy hotel setting. You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and answer questions about local attractions and hotel amenities.

The role requires strong English communication and basic computer skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional demeanor.
• Process check-in/check-out using property management software.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and issue resolution.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
