Job summary

Hyatt Place Lakewood Ranch, managed by Lodgco Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk/Gallery Host who smiles and delivers exceptional guest service. The role covers check-in/out, guest assistance, information provision, and smooth operation of hotel services, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to greet guests and assist with inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Willingness to learn hotel procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest check-in/check-out; verify registration and charges.
• Provide information and coordinate guest requests for services.
• Answer hotel phones following standards; maintain welcoming environment.
• Stock and prepare beverages/food, operate POS, and support service areas.
• Assist with guest food orders and serve in a friendly, timely manner.
• Follow Lodgco and Hyatt Place policies on cash handling and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and common areas; assist with shuttle if needed.
