Job summary

Avista Resort is seeking a dedicated Front Desk/Guest Service Agent for a full-time role in Myrtle Beach. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, issue keys, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests, all while upholding safety policies and delivering a positive first impression.

The position emphasizes strong communication, a friendly attitude, and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction across the hotel’s amenities and services.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort
• Issue guest keys appropriately
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs
• Resolve guest concerns; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
