Canopy Baltimore Harbor Point in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Front Desk Agent who greets guests with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first and last impression of the stay, delivering efficient check-in and check-out while communicating clearly and personally.

The role involves managing reservations, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy; answering calls and inquiries; coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments; and upholding Canopy and Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a front desk position required.
• Experience with guest services and hotel software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging guest service during check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, billing and guest accounts accurately.
• Answer calls, emails and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for seamless operations.
• Maintain organized records and process payments and transactions responsibly.
• Uphold Hilton and Canopy brand standards and safety procedures.
