Qualifications

• 1 year in a front desk position required.
• Basic computer proficiency; OnQ preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience through efficient check-in/check-out and personalized service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts accurately.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain organized records and process payments and transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support team members during peak periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Uphold Hilton and Canopy brand standards, policies and safety procedures.
