Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word/Excel.
• Ability to work AM/PM and overnights as needed.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with courteous service.
• Provide information on local attractions and hours.
• Balance end-of-day front desk and night audit responsibilities.
• Maintain brand standards of Canopy culture in all interactions.
• Handle guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
