Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Jersey City Arts District is seeking a Welcome Enthusiast/Front Desk Agent to deliver the Positively Yours experience. This full‑time role requires flexibility to work AM/PM and Mid‑Shift, with potential overnight shift duties when needed.

You will greet guests, handle registrations, provide local information, balance reports, and promote Canopy brand programs while ensuring outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energizing, positive and caring in Canopy culture
• Previous hotel front office experience preferred
• Highly organized with flexible hours and assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills: Hilton PEP PMS, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Register guests and handle check-in/out processes
• Provide information on local attractions and hours of operation
• Balance daily reports and perform night audit duties if needed
• Promote Canopy brand programs and assist with room assignments
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed
