Job summary

Raines Co. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins and reservations, and provide courteous, efficient service at all times. You will resolve guest inquiries, assist with billing, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or guest-related positions.
Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet guests courteously and process check-ins/outs and reservations.
Answer inquiries and handle reservations with accuracy and courtesy.
Resolve guest issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle billing instructions and ensure accurate payments for guests and groups.
