Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc. in Wisconsin Dells seeks a part-time Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests and manage check-in/check-out at Tamarack/Mirror Lake Resort.

The GSR will respond to guest questions, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Handle welcome and departure calls following company standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and resolve questions or refer them as needed.
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and positively.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance for guest room needs.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk and lobby areas neat and organized.
